Khurshed Dehnugara
Consultant

Khurshed Dehnugara had a first career as a corporate executive with GlaxoSmithKline and a second as a coach and facilitator to those working at the most senior levels of large, complex, global organizations. He has spent sixteen years working in a range of sectors including at PLC Executive levels for Aviva, Deutsche Bank, Direct Line Group, easyJet, eBay, GlaxoSmithKline, Martin Currie, National Australia Bank, Prudential, Royal Bank of Scotland, Telstra and T Mobile and with Executive teams of many other local operating companies.

As a coach
Khurshed is particularly known for providing a strong challenge to habitual thinking. He specializes in working with those who are highly self-dependent, intellectually strong, achievement oriented and having to lead despite very high stress levels.

Khurshed has a deep interest in the ability of organizational leaders to challenge the status quo, and work with the inevitable anxiety this creates, in large businesses designed mostly for stability rather than significant change. His writing is a combination of traditional organizational research combined with personal, story-based explorations into the intense demands on those that lead some of the world's most successful businesses. He has co-authored three well received books. The Challenger Spirit - Organizations That Disturb The Status Quo (2011),  Flawed but Willing – Leading Large Organizations In The Age of Connection (2014) and 20/20 – 20 Great Lists by 20 Outstanding Business Thinkers (2014).
